Orange Cyberdefense is Europe's leading cyber security services and solutions provider, and we are currently looking for Sales Support to join our team in the UK - based in Reading or London.

The role of Sales Support is to provide support to the sales teams and support with providing quotations to existing and prospective clients, supporting where needed with live opportunities and ensuring that sales forecasting actions are being managed where needed.

The role is also responsible for managing the order process and ensuring all relevant teams and departments are aligned and that orders are processed in a timely fashion. 

Your key responsibilities as Sales Support will include:

  • Providing pricing for Orange Cyberdefense clients and prospects; covering Managed Security Services (MSS), Technology related sales and Professional Services for both new business and renewals
  • Sales administration support in connection with the External Sales team with the end goal to widen the range of Orange Cyberdefense solutions offered to end customers
  • Playing a key supporting role in the Sales cycle, with External Sales, from preparation to deal completion – qualification, deal reg, quoting, negotiating, cost savings, order processing and general account management duties
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships between our Distribution and Vendor partners
  • Proactively and regularly contacting External sales to discuss forecasting, next actions within the Sales cycle and specific needs in connection with live opportunities
  • Working with External Sales and Orange Cyberdefense customers to ensure the successful renewal of our support client database, qualifying every support renewal by establishing early engagement and identification of potential upsell opportunities, while maximizing renewal rates
  • Managing the order process, quote generation, and weekly forecasts using our CRM tool Salesforce.com
  • Assisting with Customer problem resolution
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and Orange Cyberdefense’ services and solutions portfolio

You must have the following skills and experience in order to join us as Sales Support:

  • You must have solid administration, sales support or office support experience with a keen eye for detail
  • You must be superbly organised and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You will be proficient with computers and the full MS Office suite
  • You will ideally have experience within the cyber security or technology industry
  • You will ideally have experience with Salesforce or other CRM's
