The Programme Manager is a unique and exciting customer-oriented leadership role that provides oversight and accountability for Project & Operational Service delivery across select large enterprise accounts. The Programme Manager will support all major projects and programmes to ensure a positive and meaningful customer experience.

The Programme Manager will be an active collaborator, working across the entire organisation (including PMO, Sales, Service Delivery, Finance and Operations), supporting, and leading cross functional teams of Orange Cyberdefense colleagues, third parties & vendors.

The Programme Manager will have full accountability to deliver against contractual commitments, driving satisfaction and value to the customer whilst ensuring Orange Cyberdefense maximises its commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities as a Programme Manager:

• Organise and supervise the overall execution of the contract, to achieve contract commitments and customer satisfaction
• Escalation point for all delivery engagement issues
• Report overall account progress into internal OCD UK committees
• Drive P&L performance over the customer partnership lifecycle, with OCD UK Finance
• Work with the Sales/Pre-Sales teams and the Customer to identify, and manage contract extension business and organic growth opportunities
• Manages a cross functional team in charge of delivering projects and services commitments to customer, in collaboration with direct line managers.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• The Programme Manager carries a broad scope of authority, visibility and accountability
• Significant experience in a customer facing leadership role within a professional services or customer delivery focused organisation
• Extensive experience with Service Delivery and contractual management
• Relevant direct project management /programme management experience required, attention to detail and meticulous planning and execution
• Experience working in an external client facing role within telecoms or IT industry sectors or within service consultancy would be an advantage
• Track record of successfully managing the complete customer lifecycle of contracts, solutions, and services
• Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients and external partners
• Outstanding time management, organisational, leadership, and mentoring skills
• PMI PMP or PgMP, ITIL, Prince2 would be desirable
